On Behalf of my good friend Mary!!!

I decided that it would be fun to blog on Mary's blog today instead of my own...how exciting for me! (why should I ever do things the normal way...maybe I can talk her into blogging on my site :) Alright, so let's see -blogging on her site today is going to be more difficult because for the first time in quite a while, we weren't together all day. You'd think that we'd be nearly inseperable (mary, doris and me -p.s. this is amanda if you didn't know) But, today we weren't together...sad, very sad. But it's true none the less.
So, since I can't tell you all about Mary's day I'll tell you about mine -craziness with Lyndsay. Trying to find one random house in all the town of Muncie with very BAD directions. We got very near where we should have been without the aid of the directions...I'm still not sure how we did it, maybe it's because we're incredibly intelligent. Hummm...so, anyway -we did all that only to find out that the person we were supposed to visit wasn't there. Yes, sad but true. Finally, we found out that she was at her mother's house -but we didn't know how to get there because I know nothing about Muncie except how to get to the Isanogel center from St Rd 32 -not much help for where we were. So, frustration arose...I was laughing...and we had to get this done. (We were trying to visit a patient we'd had in OB last week to do a post assessment -we have to complete this within 10 days and it's been 7) So, the craziness continued until Lyndsay and I found a really great guy that told us where we could go and showed us a map of Muncie -Thank God for nice guys :) Anyway, so we found it finally at 11:30 (our trip started at 9)...we did a quick assessment, drove about 80mph -I wasn't driving -back to school, grabbed food really fast and ran to class.
That's where I finally got to see my long, lost Mary!!! And I sat by her all during our discussion over contraception...wow. What a strange day. Right now, I'm feeling really great...and I have an incredible sense of peace and hunger.
Chicken here I come!!!
