Okay, so yesterday was so much fun even though I worked all day. My best friend since second grade!! and her husband just sold their house and are moving into his parents house and then to N. D. Yes very bold and big move. So I got a call the night before asking if I could help. So I got up and drove the 1 1/2 hours to her house and helped do the finishing cleaning and loading up things and dropping things off at Goodwill. Then we went to get the kids from the day care. We then went to buy a dog kinnel and dog house for their pup, well not exactly a pup anymore:). So it was just the two of us with two small kids going through a farm store to buy all this. We met a really nice guy that helped up find what we needed and even loaded the kinnel on the roof of the SUV. Now remind you Amanda and I have had so many crazy expereinces together, for instants we burnt water in the microwave! :) but that is a totally different story. So we bought some cord things to make sure the metal stayed on the car! They guy and his coworker tied it all down and also put cardboard on the roof so it would not scratch the paint, which I am sure Darrin is very happy about. so being two girls that lose their common sense when together had the guys show us how to work the cords and buckles, which by the way he had a hard time with so I dont feel so bad. Then we started on our way taking all back roads to the house. We knew we had to drive slow, but when Amanda hit 30mph we heard this really loud thumping! So I got out to make sure everything was still intact. Which it was and we discovered the wind was going under the cardboard and hitting the car. Well by this time we had a whole row of cars behind us, even when we turned on to other roads they still followed. The guy who was driving behind us was craking up laughing at us for some reason:) So Amanda and I were talking about this when Amandas daughter, who is 3, spoke up and said, its okay mommy. It's okay dont worry. its okay . It was sooooo cute. Then we went past a pasture with some cows and we had spoked them so they started taking off running and kicking up their heels, that was fun. We slowly and finally made it back to the house. We had the kids riding their bikes while we figured out how to untie the cords and lift the 4 pieces off the car roof. We laid them all out in a nice square. Then finally found the right tools to get the bolts off and we started putting it together. We had 2 walls together when we noticed the door was upside down:)!!! Ya. Thats us for ya. Then I noticed at the top of the poles were open, ya it was upside down too!!!:) so we had to rearrage and undo everything we had done. It was a fun project though and we did it all by ourselves no guys involved, except the two that loaded it for us. All in all it was a great day. I got back to the apartment about 9pm and was exhausted! I am really going to miss amanda and the kids when they move:( Anyone want to be my travel buddy to go visit them by train sometime!! That sounds like another adventure just waiting to happen, but I will blog about that later:)

Okay so pretty much every title I have beings with so it has been awhile since I lasted blogged. Well the same is true again. So updates since the last blog. Trish and I went to Honduras in Janurary and had a great trip and was invited back by some of our friends. After the long time period of two months. We went back !! To Tela! Which we actually went to after the mission trip in Janurary we some close friends. It was so much fun!! The mission trip to Tela was great, but the slowest for patients compared to any trip I have been on. But guess what?!!??! the team leader, Brian, invited us back in July!! People at work, family pretty much everyone is asking when I will be moving down there since I have been there so frequently. That I will answer in the future. I am trying to figure out what God's will is and obey it. But I would love to be able to move or at least have an extended amount of time in Honduras.

Okay I am going to try and keep this updated from now on. Here are a couple pictures from the Tela trip in March.
