I just took a nursing test about an hour and half ago. Not sure how I did, but the last page was horrible. The multiple choice I dont think I did to bad on, which is a very good thing!! The last test went ok. I PASSED!! Just hope I did on this one also.
This is our last week of school!!!!!! I can't wait till it is over. I just need a break (once again:)). There is nothing really exceiting going on right now. I am in the nursing lab waiting for the nursing striping to begin. It should be pretty funny. The students get to make fun of the profs and the profs make fun of us. Well, not to much more to say.

SCHOOL!!!!! AHHHHHHH

Okay, so school is become alittle stressful. We get our nursing test back in about two hours or so. Our Prof. told us that she through out questions, accepted different answers and the average score was like a 75%. She did not like how many people were under 75% so she is adding 6 points to our test! Thats great, but the scores are all so low. I am really beginning to hate school with a passion. However, the lab we had to this morning was fun. She drew names out of a basket and we all took turns acting out different parts of an emergence in an ER. That was fun. Just wish we all knew how to work together and each of us know how to work more effectively!
Well, we have less than 2 weeks of school left and we are all getting exceited about this fact!!!
Just alittle more longer guys and we can be home free!

Happy Easter

I had a wonderful weekend at home and enjoyed every bit of it!! It started out with driving in such thick fog I could not see maybe 15 feet ahead of me which was an adventure at 0100 I was just so very thankful no other cars were on the road, because it probably looked like I was driving drunk. Then on the way back to school I got caught in a really bad thunderstorm so I was driving about 45 MPH with my windshield wipes on full blast and still could not see very well. I must say my driving abilities were tested this weekend.
Oh and I also got my hair trimmed/cut. Hannah (my older sister) did it for me. I got about 5-6 inches cut off and the sad part is I had to tell people and then they said that they could tell some!! I guess when you have long hair it does not matter how long it is, just that it is long:)
This morning I got up at about 6:40 (fast time) am which is 5:40 up here (slow time)!! I haven't done that since clinicals, ahh so glad they are done and over with:) (The fast and slow time thing, if you dont understand it is because the time zone goes through my home town and everyone is on a different time it seems like, just something unique to our county!)
Well, I guess school is starting again. I had to met with my presentation group at 1930 tonight. School, cant wait till it is over!!:) But my weekend was relaxing and I receive alot of positive feedback from people who did not even know I was getting to a breaking point in school. I love how God just drops things in like that:) Thanks :)
Okay this is way longer than I expected it to be so I am going to stop typing for tonight. Good night bloggers;)

I am finally at home and having a great time bugging my sisters:) It was a long yesterday, but it was worth it:) One of our bunnies had 8 babies today, but all of them were dead except one and it died about half hour later, it is so sad. We are unsure if there is something wrong with the mother or not. Sad Day.

Today has been so busy. We ended up running to our nursing class just to get there in time:) Then I had a soci quiz did good on it! Now I am waiting for my art class so i can leave after class. I cant wait to get off this campus!!! I hope you all have a very happy Easter!!

Today started out as a slightly busy but managable day. Tonight I got alot done, but still have a lot to do:( But right now I am feeling very stressed and my stomach is begining to hurt. Doris if there is anything I can do to help you feel better let me know or something. I do not like to see you and everyone else so stressed and upset. Just remember, tomorrow or actually today, is the last day of this school week and then we only have 2 and half more to go. And then we can go home for awhile!!

Today

Today I have gotten alot accomplished. Doris and I got to sleep in till 9 and still had time to look up articles for our presentations, watch two of the videos for nursing while eating lunch, decided we are going to try and go to Uganda!!!!!, I turned in my care plan a day early!!, and still had time to run to the store for milk to make frapee's. All this before our 2 oclock class!! It is sooo nice outside to!! It has been a wonderful day, but I still have a group meeting to go to for my presentation. And Doris has a softball game tonight. GOOD LUCK DORIS!!!!!

4 DAY WEEK

If you could not tell, I am very exceited that it is a 4 day week this week. I am getting so tired of school. All I want to do is talk with my friends, sleep, find time for a boyfriend, and sleep!!! Sounds good to me:) But I guess I have a lot to look forward to so that will keep me sain. I hope:) Well, I wish this was about 30 minutes ago, but HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY AMANDA!!!!!

Amamda's House

Today Doris and I went over to Amanda's house to celebrate her birthday with her family. Let me tell you it is hillarious over there:) We had alot of fun and even got to see ANDY!!! Amanda's brothers are so funny they each have such distinct personalities. :) Amanda I love your family:)!!

Well I made it through the week!!!!!!

I am so happy I survived. :) I got some homework done today, but I am just enjoying some time to myself and relaxing. I love the weekends:) And It is soooo nice out today! I am listening to Rebecca St. James song Omega right now. I really like this song. How about you?!?!?! Tomorrow Doris and I are going to go to church with Amanda and celebrate Amanda's 21st birthday!!!! HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY AMANDA. It is actually on Monday, but just in case I do not blog on Monday I just wanted to tell you happy birthday:)!!

DONE WITH CLINCALS!!!!

I finished my last clinical yesterday morning. You know, only in a nurses station will you see tea with tea bags sitting on the table made in a urinal collection cup. Yup that is right, just sitting on the table. Oh well, I guess what ever makes then happy:) I am still working on my care plan that I get a grade for YIKES!! Today we had a lab at 0730 and two psy classes after that. Long morning. Then we went to soci, took a quiz, which I did not do bad on! 8 out of 10 and did not even read the chapter, I wonder if that would work for nursing?? Probably not:( Anyways, I have and art class which my inkings are due. I carved a "self portrait" out onto a wood block and then took ink and covere the wood and pressed and rubbed the paper onto the wood. Kinda a fun project. :) Well fatigue is setting in to about everyone here. We are all ready for a summer break!!!!!!!!!! I cant wait. Oh and we found out were our nursing class will be going for intercultural experience. Honduras, Uganda, and teh Appalachian mountains It will be interesting to see were everyone gets to go!! I hope I get to go over seas!!!!

I woke up this morning at 5:45 to get ready for clinical. Clinical went fast for all 4 hours. Now I am going to work all night on a teacing care plane. I dont think it will be to bad. I hope not at least:) My soci test is all done and over with! YAYAYAYYA This week is full of projects, tests, and quizs. Do the profs think this is the last week of school????? Oh and I had a good short conversation with one of my nursing profs. I hope things are less akward. Things are going pretty good now;) I am happy yayayayayya

The test is over:( Not sure how I did. I don't think anyone is sure how they did. Just a long bad test:( I am still very stressed because this week is going to be so very hectic. I have something to do almost ever hour of every day:( But a good note is that after this week we only have like 3 weeks or so left. :) YAYAYAYAYAYA I am so happy about that.

3 cups of coffee and still studying. Today was a very fun day. We went to church, sang at the nursing home (which everyone was so happy there today!), went to an art expo on campus and then started the fun, excieting world of studying!:)

Well we have been studing all day with one movie break. Towards the end of the day we all decided it would be fun to video tape ourselves while we went to the Haven, studied and pretty much just goofing off. We ended up video taping abotu 40 or so minutes. It is hillarious. Mostly because we are sleep deprived and exhausted from studying all the time. This was a wonderful break. The sleep over with Amanda was so much fun. We will have to do this another week, but maybe not on a weekend were we have a huge nursing test the next Monday. My eyes are getting very tired and I think I hear my bed calling my name (which is kinda scary since I just got done with my last Psy clinical!!! Am I really hearing voices??) Okay enough of that. I am going to sign off for tonight. Night everone:)

It's like 3 in the morning and we have watched 3 movies so far. We watched Maid in Manhattan, Sixteen Candles, and Picture Perfect. All very good movies with some exceptions:).
We are all getting a little tired and I think we will be getting a few hours of sleep before we begin our studing for our nursing test.

Well after working on my careplan for hours upon hours I finally finished it!! At least I hope I did. You can never tell what the profs want:) A big THANK YOU goes out to all the people(Doris, Amanda, Tracy, and Andy(Thanks for the encouraging blog:)) who have been so encouraging and have put up with me for the past 3 days!! Now it is time for a girls night out!! Doris and Amanda went and got 6 videos at the library while I was working in the lab. Then we all went to the Christian Book store to look at invitaions for Doris for her wedding. Then Amamda left to teach her little kiddies piano lessons and Doris and I decided to get one more movie, just for kicks:)
Once Amanda gets her the fun will begin!!!!!

Well, this morning Amanda picked Doris and me up for clinical at 15 till 7. Once we got to the room we discover we were the only ones there! We waited for a couple minutes to find out that clinical was suppose to start at 0730 not 0700. So once other people started to come we all discussed this finding and decided to go get breakfast. So we have been in class for 2 and 1/2 hours and we are all getting very tired. We are on break right now and I really should be reading Soci becasue we have a quiz this afternoon in that class. Well, this has been my day so far. I'm not to excieted about how this week has been playing out. I want to go on another spring break!!!!!

Well this morning I had another clinical which ment another morning started at 0600 hours. I was doing a psy. clinical so that is always mentally tiring. Then I had two classes and a meeting with a prof to go over the care plan. I must say this day has been very long and I am ready for my bed!! :)
Amanda and I went and saw Doris play softball this afternoon. Her team won!!! YAAAAA GO DORIS:)
Now I am off to finish writting my assessment in my care plan! Wish me luck
